    Good HR programs for employees
The good thingsWell compensated The management cares about their employees and workers safety, health, and wellness. The HR executes different programs and events to make their employee (staff and workers) feel that they are belong. The company gives bonus The salary is given ontime
The challengesYou really need to meet the expectation, but workable since the supervisor will help you along the way.

The complete package of civil and structural engineering experience.
The good thingsRare and new civil/ structural engineering technologies in action such as post-tensioning works in AASHTO girders, flat slab (PT slab), bridge expansion materials such as expansion joint, dampers, etc.
The challengesAt least 50 working hours per week. Excessive overtime hours needed to accomplish your tasks even during Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays.
