    Overall Its a great company
    The good thingsFrom top Management to my co-finance analyst were all kind and friendly there really have a great working environment.
    The challengesI think load of work but I think it's given that a shared service company has a lot of processing going on so its something that you would expect in a SSC, but overall I enjoyed working in FMC-SSC and its helps me a lot to grow professionally and even financially. Very much thankful and grateful to them :)

    The good thingsI have no complaints. I'm happy with the way they operate and with the way they treat me and the way they treat their staff in general. They're good employers. They've taught me a lot; I've gained a lot of experience and I feel appreciated by them for the results I achieve and, generally, as a member of their team.
    The challengesI had a boss who would micro-manage every single project, often causing missed deadlines and frustration throughout the department. We all worried about our department's reputation within the organization, but since he was our boss, we felt helpless to try and change anything. It was indeed frustrating knowing you could complete a project on time, only to have your boss need to stop you and questi
