The management also upholds employee moral by continuous improvement of benefits which exceeds even that of its competitors. Employee recommendations are likewise taken into consideration in developing further programs for both the Company and professional advancement of employees. Current management is likewise supportive of its core mission which is to care for life by providing advance and quality products here in the Philippines. Some of those who have left the Company may have a lot of negative comments on their experiences with the Company, but I believe, in the organization and with the current management, indeed there are no room in this company for lenient and static employees. For the past two years and 3 months, I believe, after a roller coaster ride of happenings in the Company, I believe that it is still the best in handling people and business at equilibrium.
The challengesThere had been a lot of changes in the past years within the management level, but the same helped the Company reached its current status of dynamic and progressive business. It was good to see and work with the Company now that all those who are not in line with its goals and vision are out. Indeed, them leaving the Company have helped the Company lose some unnecessary heavy loads and put the Company on the right track.
