Fast career growth if you know what you want.
The good thingsThe work environment from what I remember was very fun and compensates for the stressful customers.
The challengesThe commute and schedule. I was living in Cavite during my employment with Freelancer and the commute time was 2-4 hours dependent on weather and time of day.

    Great company!
The good thingsThe company has perks such as being able to go to work in casual clothes including shorts or being able to play video games or billiards during your break schedules, even with your phone. Lots of social events too including karaoke, beer drinking, arcade tournaments and a ton of free food, always. Great to be here!
The challengesGetting your vacation leaves approved is a downside plus the amount of work for the position some people are in doesn't match with the salary they have. Some managers aren't forgiving.

Apply for a job here if you want a fixed salary for life
The good thingsFree meals (MWF) Free beverages (even alcoholic beverages)
The challengesThe main challenge here is the salary package. They don't have merit increase, performance-based appraisal or annual increase. It's horrible. The benefits are average -- HMO is for yourself only. Apply somewhere else.

The good thingsNo dress code, very little stress.

The challengesThe challenges of being a Freelancer is that, how you get a full time gig and how you handle your working time into different client/employer. Make sure that you finished the task into a given time by your client.
