    The good thingsI was able to experience doing things which I never did in my 34 years working in my previous employer. I was able to supervise people, do hiring job if ever there will be vacancies in our department and most of all inter act directly to the staff and to the management.
    The challengesMy greatest challenge in this company is to consolidated reports which is very new to me thinking that Mining company is really different with my previous work which was real estate business and aviation company,
