    The good thingsPeople there is great and also they give important to every employees.
    The challengesIn breaktime issue. Nobody will substitute you to look for the machine you operate.all you can do is to have technique so you can eat.or you can let other operator to other area to look for the machine you operate so you can take your break.

    The good thingsThe benefits are somewhat ok however when t comes to salary you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a salary well Franklin Baker is not the place for you.
    The challengesHaving a politically motivated management where skills and attitude is not the criteria but how well you can be a leach to the management for promotions
