    A stressful and politically charged workplace with unfair treatment, lack of career growth, and poor work-life balance, where management fails to address issues—though free lunch, convenient location, and occasional social interactions offered brief positives.
    The good thingsFree Lunch and Location (since I live near the workplace) Enjoyable part was socializing with other people
    The challenges- stressful - “plug and play”. - unequal and unfair treatment to employees - some employees are kind, you just have to discern who to trust - politics and gossips among the team (I myself experienced it. I informed my manager regarding it but there were no steps done to solve the problem. It is as if they’re just open and willing to lend their ears but doesn’t solve it) - NO CAREER GROWTH No work life balance, Employee engagement activities are quite targeted to certain employees only, Inequality, Unfair treatment, Salary, Toxic Workmate

    The good thingsThe owner and managers are open with work presentation and ideas. Frankie's can offer career advancement to anyone with a potential.
    The challengesThe salary is at par with the industry, but it is quite average in terms of the manila cost. I don't have any problem with the compensation process, mandated benefits and expanded leave credits.

    I working at frankies ..frankies for me are generous when its comes to all employees, when it comes to work all leaders are very supportive to all management and employees, and also our company are also accept any suggestions and recommendations for the future goals. frankies is different to other company why? because they are open to all employees if needed some help from our and last our company its comes with malasakit all the time thank you so much.
    The good thingsI am willing to learn. explore my self and enhance my skills. I am open for any suggestion and recommendations. I am willing to help my people and my top management. I will considering that frankies is my second home.

    Mixture of work and fun.
    The good thingsCompany outing and Christmas party are all free. There are also shirts and prizes for every activity. Lots of freebies like coffee, incentives etc. The company has heart and the Boss is great and friendly.
