    The challengesI'm under Vietnam management. As a developer, it would be perfect to have a framework when it comes to project management. Unfortunately, it is an "Output" base or "Result" base type of management. No proper project handoffs, architecture design process, not even using JIRA, etc. Basically, the process is very messy. No standard is being followed which should be not the case for a Software company.

    Free working area. You are free to watch youtube, do social media, as long as you deliver your tasks on time.
    The good thingsImmediate issuance of insurance benefit when hired. Free food for all once a month. All employee meeting once a month. Opportunity to be assigned in other countries. Nice HR team. Free work environment.
    The challengesManagement, especially politics on project managers. Crab mentality. No specific plans for developers. If developers have no project, they will be retooled and trained on different domains (not good for career growth).
