This Company offers free and regular seminar/training on how to do everybody's job effectively.
The good thingsOwners and executives are very approachable.
The challengesEmployees responsible for answering queries via email are not quite responsive during my tenure. I'm sure the management already did something to improve this concern.

It offers a great opportunity to improve your existing skills and develop new skills at the same time.
The good thingsGreat training sessions to its employers. . .And the impact the company contributed to the property being managed, one is energy saving initiative that resulted to more than 10 million pesos annual savings and modernization of existing equipment.
The challengesOne of the challenge is constantly meeting the expectations of the client (property) being managed in line with the core values of the company. Its a mixed of successes and learning. I believe the bridge from being a building engineer to become a building manager should be there.

Too much working hours and don't have relievers.
The good thingsMany opportunities to widen knowledge and connections. They provide free training.
The challengesThe company don't provide shifting Engineer reliever so most of the time, you'll have a 12hr duty without rest day. Our Health card has too many restrictions.

    A Wolf in Sheep's clothing
The good thingsLearned a lot of things, processes and systems. Met a lot of inspiring people to emulate and take lessons from.
The challengesPracticing the \"preached\" directions, a lot of systems in place but internally there a lot of gaps. Too many inconsistencies not being addressed at the root cayuse. The end result, a vicious cycle of same mistakes.

The good thingsHonestly, I have learned a lot about my job. It is in this company that I have practiced my course (BSAccountancy). I developed my skill in solving challenges I encounter. I learned to be more independent and aggressive.
The challengesI could have done better if there is full support from the Central Office in cases that our project encounters problem but then I have to do my best to survive and find initiative/solutions to solve the problem. In this way I will develop my independence and I did..
