    The challengesThis is a company I would not recommend to applicants due to its lack of professionalism in the recruitment process. After completing the interview, there was no follow-up or update provided regarding the application status. Clear and timely communication is an essential part of a respectful hiring process, and unfortunately, that was not demonstrated here.

    Great experience for an BSIT graduate
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with the people there, the managers are approachable and even the CEO is always roaming around checking up ong his people.
    The challengesWhenever there is pressure the from the CEO or other managers the office/department head vent it to the staffs so the atmosphere tend to become negative and the work slows down but still, the tasks is finished on time
