    An experience to remember
The good thingsFrom rank and file to upper management, most of them are very nice, professional and inspirational. They help you to grow in all aspect. Its like having a big family in your own work.
The challengesThe wage was kinda low, it doesnt compensate well the time you spent in the office, from 8am - 6pm m-th and 8-5 during fridays. I believe that increasing the salaries of all employees, esp those whose been in the company for quite a long time, it will boost their morale and work drive.

Well versed in every roll and aspect of Human Resources.
The good thingsMeeting people, taking time to know their respective needs, making them feel that the HRD is always around to support and has ears to hear any employees concern. The upper management have a concrete design in terms of individual evaluation of the employee force. As a practitioner we were enrolled various training program that help us enhance our craft in the field of Human Resource.
The challengesThe company should consider the ratio of the employee force against the number of manning HR staff. There should be equal implementation of salaries & wages thus this somehow can affect the productivity of the entire company team. The management must consider the working environment, where each and every member of company can work conducively
