You wouldn't wish to work here
The good thingsCo-workers. Just them. Excluded seniors and management.
The challengesThis is a DEADLINE-DRIVEN company and never invest in the development of the employees, much less of their well being.

    Unprofessional work environment
The good thingsSome colleagues are highly skillful with their profession, they deserve a higher position than those in "Senior" position for more than 5 years.
The challengesWith mismanagement on countless occasions (payroll issues, toxic environment, rushed deadlines, etc...) you'll learn how to manage time and budget wisely.

"Salute to FORSSPAC! “ A company that never left us during this midst of crisis.
The good thingsThere’s one thing I love the most, the genuine concern on their dedicated employees by offering alternative work arrangements and provided everything that we need.
The challengesI was a former OFW who looked for a better company here in the Philippines and I'm glad found it through Forsspac. I can say that I’m already knowledgeable but working with them boost my confidence and enhanced my technical skills.

The good things“Good boss, good managers, good workmates, good work culture and good salary benefits this is Forsspac for me. I honestly planned to stay in the company to build my career there until my retirement but unexpected things happened and it causes me to redirected my visions to pursue my aspirations. It was already a year ago now when I decided to leave the company but the good memories and good relationships with the people I met there still lives until today. Truly, I am always thankful for the management of Forsspac for helping me to grow both professionally and interpersonally.” —APC11510

The good thingsI am currently working in FORSSPAC for 2 months now under Accounting Department. I started a week before the declaration of Luzon ECQ. I am very blessed to be employed in a company that concerns the health and safety of employee especially during a widespread pandemic. I experienced virtual training from a very supportive and patient managers as we offered a work-from-home. I am working with a team who are all professional and willing to share their thoughts and giving you advices on how to do some work. Other than having a continuous work with pay and all the necessary tools provided, there is also medical expert that regularly checking and giving announcement and advices to help each one of us to be still physically and mentally stable during lockdown. I am looking forward to be part of this organization for a long period of time.
The challengesOne of the challenges I've encountered is to be able to understand basic architechtural and engineering terms and process.

The good thingsExciting challenges to lead and decide for the department. Work with Professional project management and experience engineers and staff. Flexibility of time for senior staff. Benefits and Bonus are given as per agreement.
The challengesFrequent changing of Project manager due to client decision. Different managers have different style of management and you need to get along with them. New challenges with every new manager in placed. The human resources are very selective and having additional staff takes a while to be process. Admin are not quite effective. Claims are not very updated.

    Testing and Commissioning
The good thingsMy employer did well to me inspite of my age they made me a regular employee due to my delegent and dedication to my work. They also introduce to me the techniques of testing and commissioning which my first experienced in my entire life and I readily got the ins and out of the work.
The challengesThe challenges that I encounter were the proper procedures and technical reviews of project specifications which were very difficult because you have to be accurate and precised in your reviews and reports.
