    The good thingsI learned a lot during my time here. Especially it was my first job that was related to what I graduated. I improve my social skills and Marketing skills in this field. I especially enjoyed working with different kind of people to help us reach our goals daily and the happiness that I can give when helping costumers what they need.
    The challengesMulti-Tasking - but this help me with my time management Location - the location is really far from my home I usually travel around 1.5 - 2 hours to get to my company. This also help me to manage my time efficiently and help me wake up early to go to my work for a productive lifestyle. Holiday - I really have to give up some important holidays because it's the peak season of the store.

    It was a fun environment that at some point it seems everything came out so easy. People from the environment are friendly.

    Working in style
    The good thingsThe good things about working at Forever21 are, you can learned how to dress up, dealing with the different customers with different taste of fashion and style, working with good looking people and getting employee discounts. I love fashion and its my passion giving and taking ideas about dressing. Mix and matching clothes to look more fashionable and stunning. Being part of the most top brand in the Philippines is such a privilege for me which I truly appreciate.
    The challengesBefore working at Forever21, I was then a call center representative where I was also dealing with different people through phone calls while at Forever21, I was dealing with the customers face to face where I should be more presentable. I have to be more alert on what the customer wants like suggesting colors or style. Also, we have to meet the daily maximum sales without any incentives to expect.

    The good thingsI love the people I work with. Upper management is supportive and encouraging. They are also patient with the employees' growth.
    The challengesTraining lacked a lot of discussion of vital back end responsibilities. Because our store is not in the metro, it's not visited as much and some communication might get lost in translation. Directives become a challenge when the items we have in store are not the same items Manila store use.

    The challengesWhen we are prearing the fixtures. Tables and any materials for merchandise. It was so heavy but we didnt stop. At the end we did it and it was fun after preparation and efforts we did it.
