    All Contractual. Lack of Benefit
    The good thingsYou can work with multinational company under this 3rd party company even with equires low qualifications or just a fresh grad.
    The challengesAll contractual. No benefits such as HMO and Insurance, all you got is the government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag ibig, Philhealth). Poor Management, manager and HR. Low Salary. Promotion is mostly per hierarchy rather than performance.

    The good thingsOpen for career growth and development. Push you to a more challenging role or position. With a good list of accounts. Welcome challenging roles for staff improvement. Please you as they can not to leave the company as sign of your importance in the core group.
    The challengesDon't have enough company benefits like health insurance and likes. All are contractual staff - no regular position offers.
