    It's a great place to work
    The good thingsFGP is a very lean yet highly productive workplace. Most people you meet is in command of their tasks and has a very high level of knowledge or expertise of their work. The company puts a large value on Integrity and confidentiality which is also very inherent to all the people working in Ford. I also had great mentoring under the wing of a highly professional HR Director whom I owe much of my upgraded skills thus added a big boost on my confidence as an employee.
    The challengesThe challenge is for an employee to keep up with the pace on how the work place is continuously evolving. Since it is a multinational company, Ford is always in the business on how to revolutionize the workplace and getting ready its work force for a bigger and bolder tasks ahead.

    The good thingsIt was great working with them you'll never feel the pressure and the crisis in every unwanted situation. The Good relationship between the employees and the intern is So nice thus they teach a lot of things to everyone. FGP was so generous they did a lot of charity works and inspires everyone to do so. FGP has this main goal which to Go Further. they work as a team and team welfare is their goal
    The challengesThe only challenge here is that you have to cope up in every unwanted situation even if its unfamiliar you have to be familiarize. As an intern I encounter a lot of situation wherein I build up my personality and enhance my confidence. Communicating to other people is such a great experience and showcase what you are and what you can do. They give me a challenge where i gave all my efforts to do.

Good Support from the Top Management down to their front liner. Have delivered a quality repaired car in a promised time allotted by the service adviser. With a good team work from the technician as well as the support. We have a good team building from other department.

The challenges is that when we have so many appointments to deal and finish it on the time. when we have client that is not particularly happy to the services we provide. when we have so many absent partner we have to adjust individually.

    Always focus on what the interviewer saying and eye to eye contact
    The good thingsShe teach me how to communicate well with other people. How to handle people's temper on times of patience. Also how to deal people in times of anger.
    The challengesIt finds me difficult in terms of encoding information without proper endorsement. It is hard also to assist client from the start of my job because I don't know how to handle them properly but, sooner and later they teach me how.
