    HR team's attrition is extremely high
    The good thingsIt's an international company and a known brand. Met some good people here
    The challengesManagers are not supportive, some are very rude, and there are no clear goals for the team or the company. Salary is average, good performance is not recognized, and the culture felt like every man for himself. No sense of camaraderie. If you fail, they will not support you or help you learn from your mistakes. No actions are being taken for these problems.

    The good thingsBeing a fresh graduate, it was a nice start to be able to work with a lot of people from different ages. The people here are not the typical stereotype office people. We are taught how to do our jobs on our own pace, and there's not much pressure. Because the people here are mostly young professionals who we, fresh graduates, are able to relate to, bond with and learn from.
    The challengesTo be honest, i haven't experienced anything that displeases me just yet. This is from my own point of view. Stress and work piling up is normal, and i knew from the start that this company would have a lot of work. But on my side, i haven't been displeased yet.
