    Not accomodating and insensitive
    The good thingsI think they can offer or release the best job order package.
    The challengesAs an applicant, I am very disappointed. I travel and walk just to reach their office to attend the interview. Not even an hour I stayed just to hear their comments, kesyo ok daw ako, kilala ko nmn mga buyers for SM etc. So I am expecting a good feedback. But a day after, I received an email that I wasn't chosen. No reason why I did not get the job.

    RIGHT CHOICE
    The good thingsBeing an employee for 3 years, I can say that it is very practical for me to work because the working place is near to my house, no food allowance, no transportation needed. My employer is also a cool person. He considers the feelings and concerns of his employees. He listens to complains before he makes decisions. He even treats us lunch and merienda.
    The challengesWhat I remember that I did something challenging was when my boss asked me to look after his employees whenever he is not around. He used me as his eyes and ears. I find this difficult because i don't want to be label as inconsiderate person.
