    Lack of concrete plan, unity and communications.
    The good thingsMaybe if you have friends or your department is close to the father of the owners, that will be a good thing.
    The challengesThere are contradicting plans with the owners and usually, the employees are the one who experience the stress. No unity and lack of communications of Heads.
