    The good thingsGreatly maintains work and life balance as they implement the every other Friday off. They have different clubs that helps relieve some stress form work. Also, I like how they observe the Flexi-time, as long as you are able to render the required number of working hours.
    The challengesThe challenge with this company is that it may take at least one to five years before they promote you to regular employee. You have to work your way up hard for regularization.
