    no hr management, not a good management
    The good thingsall of the rules and regulations were subjective.
    The challengesattitude of hr and no compensation for the probationary period
    questionableIt is highly unbelievable that probationary employee are not compensated. Also rules are objective and never subjective. Its depended on the employees performance

    The good thingsI enjoy the work place. My workmates are so helpful
    The challengesAs I am working in the field heavy traffic and transportation makes the job so hard. Allowances were also not enough to support you.
