    No growth, good stepping stone
    The good thingsGood team, easy to work with. Good Stepping stone.
    The challengesCEO might be micro managing. Example, whatever UI he wants must be followed even if user experience is not optimal. Also, tasks/sprints should be done blazing fast with perfect quality. Timeline unreasonable. Does not value developers.

    Great for fresh graduates near the company address
    The good thingsVery casual environment. You can wear whatever you want.
    The challengesColleagues are unprofessional. The company is inconsiderate of their employees specially in this time of pandemic. No salary increase despite of your tenurity. They don't have a KPI so you don't know if you're eligible for promotion/salary increase.
