Only WFH is good. Pay is average. PTO policy is confusing and UNFAIR
The good thingsWork from home is good
The challengesThe PTO policy is so confusing. It is UNFAIR to the employees who worked hard then realize that their PTO expired due to misunderstanding in the PTO 😡 Also, they don't pay for HMO dependents

At least for me, this is the best among the companies I've worked with to my entire life.
The good thingsVery active and supportive HR. Permanent work from home set-up. Salary is somehow competitive. All my needs as an employee are being provided. Every year there are new benefits being given to employees both monetary and non-monetary
The challengesI cannot think of anything I dislike so far. I did not experience any frustrating and annoying day since the day I started with the company.

The good thingsThe work/life balance here is very great; colleagues care about your mental and physical health. Recruitment team always give a helping hand to each other. And the whole management is very overwhelming in terms of the overall activities and assistance you needed.
The challengesHoping that sooner or later, pandemic will loosen up so we can really work in the office safely because virtual events is not always satisfying since we can't really enjoy it well.
