    I get to convince client to pay there loans in calm under pressure even though they are aggressive to me.

    The company made us, sellers disappointed.
    The good thingsI loved my multitasking work there. I manage to be a good customer service. While I enjoyed the process. And I love my co-workers also. I love it all.
    The challengesFirst, they removed the 30% additional pay every sunday. Second, they always change the incentives schemes over and over again. They change our contract, from full time job, it made us part timer. The company remove our basic pay and made our salary to comission base only. They always implement a change without us sellers knowing.

    The good thingsI enjoyed it because of the environment and people around us. On our job we are assign in a Phones and Gadgets Store with Store OIC, Store frontliner, Phone Brand Promoter and Sales Specialist like us from other Financing company. Even we have rivals in the same store we assigned, you cant feel the pressure of rivalry because of active promoter that giving us client evenly.
    The challengesAbout the management, they are so poor of handling their employees and can't explain some employee's questions specially about our salary.

    Love your work and the company will love you back.
    The good thingsThe company acknowledges your work efforts for its growth not only thru financial incentives but emotional motivation. Company is fair among all its employees. You can always be replaced whatever your status is if you deviate from the company's policies. But you will be treasured if you act accordingly.
    The challengesThe distance from the main office is quite challenging as it is a plane ride away.
