The challengesOne thing I could say to make working in this company better is for the company to provide rooms for recreation, sleeping lounge, cyber lounge and above all a clinic wherein agents will have the benefit of getting a healthier environment and a more balance lifestyle within the premises specially for those who are assigned on a graveyard shift.
