Worst corporate experience so far. We were not allowed to wfh even if there’s a typhoon. I was not paid for the first month. That’s what made me quit

ManagementWe are sorry you seem to have had such a bad experience.
However, our standard policy is to suspend work when typhoon advisories are issued by government authorities. WFH is an option for regularized employees if the work can be performed adequately offsite. For your particular role, it was not possible.
If you were not paid for the first month, please contact our HR at your earliest convenience. It is our standard policy to comply with all DOLE-regulated wage issues such as regular pay, overtime, and leaves.

The good thingsI was able to work with a small pack of talented, creative, and equally ambitious individuals. They made staying with the company more bearable.
The challengesManagment treated its employees poorly. There's no opportunity for career growth whatsoever. The company made no attempt to make working there worthwhile. Our opinions, concerns, and grievances as employees were not given much importance.

I wish I had a better experience
The good thingsMost co-workers were great to work with. Flexible time was also a plus.
The challengesSuper high turnover rate. No OT pay. Worst management experience I've ever had. Micromanagement made working unbearable - we had to defend our hours and look for more work to do to complete our hours.
