    The good thingsNone to very little office politics. Open door policy. Benefits are ok, pay is above average I would say. Location of office is good. Very modern office with pantry and free gym.
    The challengesLittle opportunity for growth unless you're in a department that is growing rapidly. Otherwise you will spend a few years in just one position. It's usually just business need that will allow you to go up a position.

    I would highly recommend to work with Fisher rosemount System Inc. with the training and good environment this company have provided will best suit any employee.

    The challengesMy shift is in grave yard since I'm handling US suppliers. I want to have day work where I can enjoy weekends with my family at the same time will allow me to grow with the company.

    The good thingsOpportunities to excel in your job and assignments abroad with complex issues and you'll learn a lot in that process. The management knows what you have been through and what you needed in order to excel.
    The challengesThe challenges are, how to resolve those complex problems on your own, how to deal with customers who is expecting you to resolve the issue right there, since you are at their site. But with team mates by your side, everything is possible.
