Career development is very slow and biased.
The good thingsSalary is not being delayed.
The challengesManagement does not know the technicalities of rank and staff file tasks. Promotes leaders lacking leadership principles and skills to lead people.

Work Life Balance is great | Salary is not that competitive anymore as you progress
The good thingsFast paced and with so much learning experience, lots of company events and HR is really fast and efficient in addressing any matters needed by every employee. Salary is never delayed or so.
The challengesCompensation is no longer that competitive as you progress from one position to another one as well as the changing of team with regards to work grade and work load being different as well.

super duper micromanagement of the CEO
The good things- compensation and benefits
The challenges- expect to be micromanaged by the top management
- top management tends to go overboard by micromanaging the day-to-day work of the associates

It helped to work under pressure and be proactive at all times. It taught me that it is better to be humble and to be teachable because it is better to have a cup that is empty that can be filled with worthy knowledge and learnings.
The good thingsSome people are very humble and they are willing to teach you. Smart and responsible to the given-task.
The challengesSometimes it is hard to work under pressure because there are thoughts that could distract you. But, working under pressure has an advantage that can make you wiser and proactive in some cases.
