    Working with sumiden is challenging and rewarding.
    The good thingsThe good things I've enjoyed meeting people with new personalitize @ culture of work.
    The challengesThe challenging parts when we have deliveries and should be met in every process we need to do cycle time per process. We need to review per batches location to identify if batches per lots are being process or not. Meaning operators are not fully skilled or slow.

    The good thingsThe management will give you a wide range of challenges. The company provides some internal hiring as well as internal training.
    The challengesWorkload is more than enough to be handled by one person alone. Also, HR Personnel are not approachable and will not assist you and give you your requested documents on time. Some engineers were only promoted due to only being close with one of the executives or if you are family connected.

    The good thingsWhat i like about First Sumiden is that they know how to handle people well, safety is their top priority thats why their major concerns is more on their employees, eco friendly and they communicate on their delegates so well, the employees in here dont have these so called ,\"crab mentality\"
    The challengesThe challenges that i encountered in this company is communicating on the bosses they are very strict but afterwards you will realize that it is for\"your own good and not for personal reason

    My first working experience
    The good thingsFSCI is my first working experience after college, It really mold me and taught me how to be a better person. I was also given the chance to work in different sections like production, QA & marketing. I've met different persons who teach me to be a better person.
    The challengesIt is hard working on a shifting schedule and also during an external audit, where ever department you are, you need to double time or most of the time, we spend lots of hour in the company. But the end result is good, we just need to practice time management.
