    No Proper Salary Scale
    The good thingsSeminars and Trainings. Rare overtime.
    The challengesThere's no proper salary scale. Even if you have a college degree and has experience, they will have you start at a minimum rate. As minimum wage increases, no adjustments were made on the salary. HMO is after 2 years of serving in the company. They will just give a small allowance if they will promote you.

    The good thingsFSFC is not just a company but also a family for me. The people around are awesome and nice to be with that makes me work better and better as well. Our bosses are kind and generous people. They are approachable and friendly. About products: The products are improving and also the services. Fast processing indeed!
    The challengesNice and Healthy working environment. The salary is not really good but the benefits supersede it. FSFC, keep customer service good and better as time goes by. Train each other very well.

    The good thingsThe company compensates me well as reward of my hard-works. Receiving yearly profit sharing, traveled abroad is part of my achievement attaining my yearly branch target. Attending seminars and training enhance my skills and ability to lead the branch. Travel and work anywhere within the country for midyear and year-end meeting makes me feel grateful while working enjoying different places as well.
    The challengesMonthly and yearly target are stressful however, obtaining the target is beneficial for me and to the rest of my colleges. Regardless of sufficient training to ensure the communication with the borrower are accurate and consistent during foreclosure activity, sometime, we put our lives into risk when client fight for their rights over the property mortgage. Collection activity is one the primary job of a Finance Manager to minimize losses. Hiring and supervising staff, providing training, creating work schedules and meeting, and performing disciplinary actions is quite difficult but need to do so to insure more debts are recovered. Moreover, I’ve become a great listener to identify specific reasons for delinquency and help debtor with specific solutions to resolve delinquency and balances empathy and collections.

    The good thingsWhat i love about the Company is their openness and care about their employees. Superiors are very approachable, easy to be with, open with problems and matter about work and always check on their employees.
    The challengesThe challenge here is with their growing number of business centers and branches communication line must always be open and we find it hard to reach superiors sometimes when they are busy but the challenge is how we reach out to them and how we connect ourselves to them..
