A valuable learning experience with opportunities for growth, but hindered by communication and operational challenges.
The good thingsFPLA offers a collaborative work environment that fosters growth and learning. I appreciated the hands-on experience, supportive colleagues, and management’s openness to innovation. The opportunities to tackle real-world challenges and enhance my skills made my time at FPLA truly rewarding.
The challengesAt FPLA, challenges included delayed communication and decision-making, particularly on regularization and role clarity. Additionally, outdated systems and unnecessary expenses, like unused devices consuming resources, could have been addressed more efficiently to enhance overall operations.

It used to be a good working here
The good thingsThe ambience of the facility is a very relaxing and safe place for work. Healthcard benefit is also beneficial to its employees. People are service oriented. The company aimed to secure ISO accreditation and IACC certification which shows that the company follows international standards.
The challengesIt had been difficult for most employees its change in its managers who have different management style. A lot of procedures and norms where change without undergoing protocol on how it is supposed to be changed. It had been difficult to communicate with some members of mancom.
