    A great company to be part of... excellent culture and benefits!!!First Life can be regarded as one of the better employers in the insurance industry. They have a great company culture and really excellent benefits. Though the company still needs to step up on the adoption of technology.

    The challengesIf you want a quick and fast-paced environment, it's not for you. Given the company's more inclined to being traditional, culture and system is quite outdated.

    The good thingsThe benefits package is great. You might not be able to find another company that offers the same benefits. It also gives you a life-work balance because the company offers 3 shifts that you can choose from.
