    The challengesIN MY 5 YEARS OF SERVICE, I LEARNED A LOT! ON HOW TO DEAL WITH MY SUBORDINATES AND SENIORS. IT WILL BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE.BUT I NEED TO LEAVE MY JOB FOR PERSONAL REASON.
