Being an HR recruitment and Training unit in charge, this position makes me more confident to do my job. This also enables me to improve my capability for what i have learned in school and previous company i have worked with.The good thingsI really enjoyed working since I was hired in this company because the people i worked with were very amicable and we are helping from each other in times of difficulty. I am also enjoyed because of the training that i have gained in this organization. This company also helps you to be more productive and teach you how to be more independent one.
The challengesThe challenges i had experienced working here was, how you deal with people that is older than you. You need to have more patience since most of employees were in the age of 40's-60's. They were not also open to innovation since they were used to practice what was before. Dealing with them was a challenge however this also helps me more open and practice good relationship to them.
