    The good thingsThe head supervisor in my department is a kind and approachable boss. She appreciates the effort and professionalism I am giving the company.
    The challengesI have encountered different challenges in this company. But the one that comes to my mind is the pressure we put in every year-end closing.

    The challengesThe manager doesn't help with work, he only give orders but not helping and he always go home early that we didn't know.

    It was a meaningful experience.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in a team. I have gained friends and good camaraderie. I have also learned a lot of skills especially in Taxation, Auditing, Accounting, and MS Office.
    The challengesWorking in a bank requires a lot of dedication. There are deadlines to meet, a lot of reports, and paperwork to submit and organize. It would have been better if tasks are divided equally among the staff.
