It was a meaningful experience.The good thingsI enjoyed working in a team. I have gained friends and good camaraderie. I have also learned a lot of skills especially in Taxation, Auditing, Accounting, and MS Office.
The challengesWorking in a bank requires a lot of dedication. There are deadlines to meet, a lot of reports, and paperwork to submit and organize. It would have been better if tasks are divided equally among the staff.
