    A great company for those who know how to play with the corporate ladder. There are many things you can learn from FBI, as one of the leading General Contractor in the Philippines.
    The good thingsFirst Balfour takes care of its employees and gives a competitive salary.
    The challengesCorporate politics inside the organization. Also, most of their projects are outside Manila.

    Very Challenging!!!
    The good thingsFair in benefits with HMO for staff, even project hire. You learn a lot since there's different projects can be assigned to you at the same time.
    The challengesThe challenges or struggles was there's too many "Rushed" Material Request on Site or Poor Materials request planning by the End-users. The PM or Supervisor sometimes tolerate the end-users and eventually the blame will fall on the Procurement on site. Heavy workload sometimes because you will handle multiple projects. Office politics was always present.

    The good thingsThe people in First Balfour, Inc. are awesome. A lot of them are good listeners and conversationalists. The benefits are good, too. Employees can learn different management styles from the executives that they can apply to their daily lives. Moreover, communication skills, both written and verbal, can be greatly enhanced in this institution, as work coordination, monitoring, and progress are vital to the success of a given task. If the applicant has already a firm and strong technical background and is seeking an advancement in the management career, First Balfour is definitely the place for you. I believe Project Management and Execution is what makes First Balfour strong in the Construction Industry.
    The challengesIf the applicant is looking for advancement in technical knowledge especially in Mechanical Engineering, First Balfour, Inc. is maybe not the place for you. First Balfour, Inc. currently do not have an in-house Mechanical Design Team that could do Design Calculations, Drawings, and Validations and Recommendations. Currently the company practice is to engage in joint ventures that have a strong capacity in a target business goal and eventually learn from them.
