Overload of work, very low compensation
The good thingsEven working environment is hirrible, it became a stepping stone to my teaching career that motivates my personality.
The challengesOverload of work, even weekends and outside working hours but their compensation is very very very. Too much bureaucracy, even simple things they make it complicated.

Working there as a student assistant improved my social skills and character as an employee.
The good thingsThey have a flexible working hour, they handle their employees well through balancing work and leisure, and they have a friendly working environment.
The challengesSince I was a working student, I had experienced difficulties balancing my time as a student and as an employee.

    The FAITHful journey
The good thingsThe company provides a working environment that engages employees to collaborate with each other. It offers non-cash benefits that are fitted to employee needs and competitive compared to what competitors give. The company also open up movement opportunities to employees.
The challengesTo determine other potential talents for movement. To have an unified system to be used organization-wide--- a system that addressed needs of all departments and would lessen repetition of work.
