    Great place for a career
The good thingsThere is a WFH arrangement and work-life balance. Benefits and salary are reasonable with annual performance review. Lateral movement and promotions are somewhat common as the company is gradually expanding. Promoting cooperation and interaction with overseas colleagues are also encouraged.
The challengesSome organizational changes do get applied in short amount of time resulting in lack of preparation across departments including support for knowledge process trainings and handling of information.

My 2nd home for the past 7 years
The good thingsFriendly workplace atmosphere; accessible to my home, school, mall, etc.; low stress level of work; lenient with attendance; not that strict with clothes you wear; a bit of employee engagement
The challengesAfter being with the company for 7 years, salary was still below expectation; no retirement benefit for us tenured employees; no incentives; didn’t reward 5 & 10 years tenured employees much; office politics; low to no yearly appraisal even if you know you worked hard

    Friendship
The good thingsI've learned a lot from this company and acquired friends that makes it a lot easier to work. Not that much benefits but still a safe and good company.
The challengesJumping from a new position for progress. I only got first step to opportunity since I was planning to go back abroad but it was a nice experience being in a new team and not be stagnant in one position/job.

The good thingsVery close to my home. Good working colleagues. Above average compensation and benefits.
The challengesHealth benefit could be higher but at my time we have unlimited dependents. Could have added more allowances like transportation allowance etc.

    Client Services Manager
The good thingsI get to deal with different stakeholders of all levels from many multinational company which also gives me travel opportunities. Meeting different people from higher levels gives me inspiration and new learning. Lastly, the role is gives me more flexibility in my schedules and more freedom to put my own style and techniques in managing my people and clients
The challengesOne of the biggest challenge being a client facing person is the frustration from your backend/operations team where most of the deliverable are coming from. Everything that goes wrong from operations is also becoming my problem and concerns because at the end of the day, I need to explain everything to the client. There are also more pressure and stress on my level having received all escalastion

    Review during startup days
The good things- Multiculture/multiracial environment - Challenging work - Good supervisors
The challenges- At the time of employment was during startup/pioneer team, so it was a little bit disorganized. But it was kind of common scenario for pioneer, not negative really.

A company that I would never forget
The good thingsAlthough we were redundiated as a result of project consolidation, I can still consider FADV as one of those company that hires then trains well their employees not only to become effective team member but also to become a better person. The management was very supportive and will keep youup to date on every events, this company didn't left us behind but instead guided me through until my last day
The challengesChallenges involves dealing with multicultural differences, however this eventually became a learning experience as to how these differences becomes a tool in achieving better working environment and wide network of friends and source of ideas that is essential in this kind of job.
