Good company if you're a fresh grad, but Finastra is not the best fit to build your career long-termThe good thingsFlexible vacation leave, SL convertible to cash, hybrid working set-up, medicine reimbursement
The challengesSome managers are micromanagers (too strict with time in/out and breaks, they don't listen to subordinate suggestions, brown-nosing clients), salary is too low compared to the competitors, company is unfair if you have disabilities, people from different teams can be very toxic, favoritism and office politics go from the upper management to the direct reporting manager (managers will not protect you, they will only protect themselves and leave you by yourself), promotions and salary increases are little to none, limited to no career growth/opportunities, team processes are not streamlined.
