    The challengesYou will always encounter hard headed customers and I guess challenges with work related stuffs, but I think no major challenges at all.

    The good thingsI like the mid shift work schedule, travel time lesser since it is outside rush hour. FT provides the best HMO for employees and dependents. supports work life balance and wellness. encourages employees to take advantage of technology if it will complete the tasks faster. people are diverse but are working collectively.

    The good thingsGreat culture within CS. People truly care to each other. They have great set f benefits and they support work and life balance. They set reasonable score targets and you'll never feel that you work for a BPO. The managers and leaders are great.
    The challengesSalary was not as competitive compared to other companies in BGC. They have an average salary worth reviewing. Better incentive scheme for employees. Transportation allowance like Grab credits because its challenging to work in BGC

A lot of activities the company supports, not to count the number of financial benefits and paid breaks. Yes! Paid breaks! HR and higher management is fair and highly approachable. Company that is too good to be true.

    The good thingsFun and light work environment, friendly colleagues, neat work area, somewhat competitive salary and benefits.
    The challengesPromotion is rare, u have to apply for higher post. Would have been better if your performance is being recognized & appreciated through promotion. Silent not so healthy competition between different teams though same department. Not much offering for career growth unless somebody resigned.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the good ambiance of the office and most especially, the staffs and management were friendly and very much approachable. Work and life outside were balanced.
    The challengesThe challenged i faced was to submit my task to its deadline. I was forced to make it fast for me to be able to meet the due date. But its a great experience.
