    Good environment
    The good thingsGood people, nice environment, small office so you wouldn't really need to worry about office politics or needing to get along with so many people since it is a small office.
    The challengesSalary does not compensate for your job, some have easier jobs but gets higher pay. Limited training available and limited space to grow. Expect that you'll be where you're at from 3 years ago. Company also does not want to invest in training, always looks for experience.

    You are not Left Behind
    The good thingsFilmetrics will provide you the necessary trainings and knowledge before you will be deployed. You are provided with all the equipments and all the necessary things you need once you are already on the branch. The company is also open for promotions and see to it that each employees are given assessment. You will never be left behind with Filmetrics.
    The challengesYou have to do things on your own, you have to work even though you dont have your team leader with you at the branch. You have to be keen with the work, extra careful and dedicated. It is working with less supervision.
