    I was able to meet high caliber Engineers both in the same company and sub cons.
    The good thingsWorked in the Construction Management and Supervision Department. The VP is very humble, professional and you can learn a lot from him. I was able to meet high caliber Engineers both in the same company and sub cons. I also made friends for keeps. The projects I was involved in made me so proud and it taught me a great deal technically and personally. I do not regret being part of the company.
    The challengesNo job security since most Engineers in that department are project based.

    I learned a lot working here.
    The good thingsI enjoyed having a morning routine, being taught by my seniors, having casual talk during lunch and merienda breaks, celebrating birthdays. I appreciate my boss correcting my behavior when necessary, leaving and trusting me with tasks and not micromanaging me, and giving me an opportunity to plan and design a project proposal.
    The challengesI disliked it when my co-workers complained about our seniors and our boss.
