I would recommend it, especially to fresh grads. They have training programs that will help you grow and support you in your role. The regularization process is very fast, unlike other places where it takes about 7 months. In FLI, they start processing your evaluation before your 6 months are up. There are people who will become like family and will support you in your work, and food is everywhere, hahaha
The good thingsThe CFO was very generous and amazing.
The challengesThe challenging part was the coworkers, who don't want to be overshadowed, and the pressure at work. I just don't know if it's still the same now.

The challengesWorkload is not align with your compensation and long work hours. There is no also benefits or incentives whenever you hit your target.

    Unprofessional and poor management
The good thingsExcellent relationship with my immediate superior.
The challengesThere are limited possibilities for professional growth, a lot of office politics, and both unprofessional and lazy colleagues. The pay and ranking are inadequate for the role and amount of work involved.

Fulfilling as I have trained many people fulfill their dreams
The good thingsReputable and Global image of the Company, sustained operations, nationwide project developments, varying culture and people business, fast paced and challenging for those who wants to grow their careers in this industry
The challengesOpportunities for growth and advancement since I was in one of the company's biggest division, but had ministerial reporting to Head Office, I had several years of experiencing merit increases and promoted twice. However, now that we were directly placed under HO Dept Head, I would like to seek advancement outside of the company

An amazing training ground to for a young professional like me.
The good thingsI enjoyed working with my department since we are already close with each other and we treat one another as family. Work wise, I also enjoyed talking with clients during our face o face encounter every condo unit turnover. Our superior treat us more than just an employee, but she treat us as if we are her children. We have weekend stories sharing every Monday, team building activities and more.
The challengesThe most challenging part of the job is talking with irate clients. The company is not perfect, so as much as possible, I also am trying to put my feet to the shoes of the client. The thing that the company could improve is conducting more training to all of the employees from all departments. This is such a great move to zero out complaining clients.

The good thingsHuge amount of experience for those who are willing to learn the business of real estates/construction. Provided with service vehicle.
The challengesProject engineers does everything for this company (too much workload) and uneven division of work with other positions. Not enough man power. Project Engineers are all around for them ( you'll be the material engineer, office engineer, site engineer and sometimes subd. Admin) plus you will not be a regular employee (project based) for minimum 2 years.
