Equipped with accounting matters and tax.
The good thingsSuch your accounting fields are all matter. Perhaps my co workers are to friendly, beyond differences and to much toxic of the job we have time to talked with each other like were one family or siblings.
The challengesFar from our province and missing my mother's tongue the dialect that I used to be like bisaya, here I feel awkward whenever I can say their words like Tagalog my intonation was so hard.

    Toxic
The good things- Team members were nice - Office is near food establishments
The challenges- Toxic boss - Tremendous workload with unrealistic deadlines (given that the team is small to begin with) - Very low salary - Most of the work given has not been advertised or is not stated under your job description - HR is not helpful when it comes to problems related to higher management

Working here gives me confidence and more knowledge that I can use to face the real world.
The good thingsThe good thing is I was willing to expand my knowledge by learning new things from different supervisors. The workplace was awesome including the people in here.
The challengesOne of the main things that I think as a challenge is a load of works per employee, but this teaches us to be versatile and I think that is good in a way.
