    I love my job and my employer
    The good thingsThe management is humane. They treat their employees like family. My boss trusted me and challenge me to do better. Given my excellent past performances I was assigned to a position where he think and expect that I can do well. They expect you to give your 100% best.
    The challengesThe company should have been strict and put more controls in the disbursements. They should have not developed projects simultaneously but instead development should have been done on phasing or one project at a time.
