    Almost 5 years at Figaro Systems enjoyed the experience and gained valuable supply chain knowledge
    The good thingsI enjoy working with a large-scale operation like Figaro Systems, managing supply chain and warehouse functions that support over 60 coffee shop outlets. It has given me strong exposure to high-volume inventory, multi-site coordination, and fast-paced operations.
    The challengesCoordinating stock and deliveries across so many outlets can be tough, and keeping everything running smoothly takes constant attention.

    I had a frustrating experience with biased managers who only listen to certain people, and despite months passing since July 2024, I am still the only one who hasn’t received my mid-year bonus and final pay.

    The challengesI had a frustrating experience with our biased managers who only listen to those they’re close to. Since July 2024, I still haven’t received my mid-year and final pay. I was also the only one excluded from the mid-year bonus, which feels unfair and disappointing.

    Iam blessed to have a job like this.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because it is convenient. Hassle free job. I worked 8hrs a day and some overtime. I loved what Iam doing to this company.
    The challengesGreatest challenge for me is when it rains. Because the road is slippery, Iam a delivery rider. I need to be extra careful. And also maintain the good quality of our products when delivered.

    It was tiring yet one of the most amazing 2 and 3 months of my career
    The good thingsi enjoyed my surrounding most specially the people around me i get to learned new thing from them everyday and hopefully they learned something from me. my employer was the best in all honesty they understand me most of the time and they helped me a lot. it was indeed my second home and i'm truly grateful for that.
    The challengesthe most challenging part for me was doing the weekly report because most of the time they email it to me very late that is why i went home very late also the things that every store needed tho it was part of my job but its kinda tiring because basically my job was an all around admin it was like (you do that, to this, pass that, send this blah, blah, blah) i'm not exactly complaining at all just stating the facts but i'm beyond great full

    The good thingsI have lots of good memories while working with figaro, they value their employees and give rewards when your team or store hit the sales target and conduct events for the employees enjoyment.. If i will given a chance, i still want to go back and work for them because theres a career growth if you manage to meet their expectations and perform well while doing your job with passion
    The challengesThe only challenge i encounter while working for figaro is when the christmas season comes near.. Theres alot of customers and were short of manpower but at the end of the day, we all made it and give the best customer service we can give.
