    It was an okay experience though I wish there were career growth, competitive salary, and more benefits employees could get.
    The good thingsIt's a good career start-up if you're a fresh graduate looking for experience.
    The challengesMost of us who work here are under an agency so not good. The increase is minimal. Paid leave is only 5 per year. Work is from Monday to Saturday, not enough rest. When you're on PTO they're still reaching out to you.

    The good thingsYou can apply your application subjects on college. It is easy to understand how things work on telecom.. From acquisition, permitting, surveying, design and implementation.. You can explore all those and then choose which path you will continue.
    The challengesSalary is low for starters, if you need money this is not for you.. If you need experience, this is quite a choice. You can feel the pressure when the deadlines are coming..esp when your superiors arent experienced well.
