    Fair experience, recommended for fresh grads
    The good things- Lots of people who can/may support you - Lots of things to learn - Complete WFH arrangement - Lots of leaves
    The challenges- Low salary for a foreign based company - Career growth is very slow - No opportunity to learn more about other things - Render period for resignation is too long

    The challengesBad planning of projects due to missing and not complete requirements. Too many projects with different ecosystem that you'll be working on a single day.

    Great company!
    The good thingsI highly recommend this company. Great colleagues and work environment, they offer a lot of entertainment and activities for their employees to reduce stress. Back when I was an employee we had ps4 which we can play in our free time (They play a lot of tekken and dota, if you play these games you'll love it here hahaha!), based on their updates in their social media I think they also have table tennis now. You'll learn a lot especially for people who are just starting with their tech career and they will offer you with a lot of opportunities to grow. And management is really friendly and easy to talk to.
    The challengesThere are times where you'll have a lot of tasks and it can sometimes get really stressful but that is normal especially in our field. Take everything as a challenge and do it thinking that this would help you to grow your skill sets.

    The challengesYou need to be a fast learner, able to handle pressure, on time and deliver the task at hand not only with precision and accuracy but with quality and perfection.
