You'll get to meet professionals people esp in Construction site from Laborers up to Project Managers. This company failed to provide fair compensation and benefits to their employees even those who stayed for more than 5years and up.
The good thingsGood training for HR practitioner esp on Employee Relations functions. Project Managers were team player and collaborate well with the group.
The challengesOffice politics which they failed to manage and handle, palakasan system is disappointing.

No career growth in this company
The good thingsThe welfare of employees is not a necessity for the management. They refuse to give healthcards to employees except for the Project Managers.
The challengesThis is a good company to gain project site experience, not a good one to settle with. Regularization takes more than 5-10 years. Salary increase takes 3years, even if you are already recommended by your project manager, approval from the higher management takes a year. This company is fond of multi tasking, giving you lots of work load to save them from hiring additional manpower.

A company that will provide great opportunity to your career.
The good thingsThe Company has given me the opportunity to learn new things in ISO Standards and it has been my training ground. Its another stepping stone for my career.
The challengesCoordinating with Departments and follow-ups on the deadline of submission of their required documents for the ISO requirements which mostly takes time for them to comply to deadline.

    Opportunity
The good thingsYou get to experience new field of work if you're not from engineering courses. They accept applicants even if they are not a graduate of engineering.
The challengesWhen there are a lot of accepted projects, the management pulls out their employee from the previous project (which is not yet done) and send them to new projects.

    Experience-wise
The good thingsLearnings are extensive. You'll be able to experience what an engineer should do both in field and tendering works.
The challengesAverage salary rate, no benefits other than Gov't mandated and working beyond 8 hours a day is oftentimes a must to cope up with the deadline.

    Working as an external employee
The good thingsI enjoyed the flying of the aircraft and the opportunity to travel, free hotel and food.
The challengesAway from family from 2 weeks to 2 months and then the next project has to be started and the same \"away from family\" starts again with just a few days to be at home. The company will not pay for your fare going home if they do approve it which is rare. I cannot schedule family time and it's very difficult to get a leave of absence or vacation leave as they don't like people going on leave.
