Got the chance to work from one of the tertiary hospital in the country.
The good thingsWas able to handle both neuro and musculoskeletal problems from pedia to geriatrics patients. I was able to work outside the hospital for the patients who wants to recieve their treatments at home. The rehab doctor is known to be very good at her field.
The challengesThe delegation of patients was not fair.

Good place to work for a fresh grad.
The good thingsTravel time was really short since I live nearby; free meals since I work at the Dietary Department, and work hours are reasonable compared to other private companies.
The challengesEvery company has it's own version of toxic environment, so I would not rather delve into it. Major challenge for me is the salary which is quite low for a professional like me. Salary increase is present but it's too low and the rate of increase is too slow.

    Good training but not well-compensated
The good thingsFriendship and lots of parties
The challengesSelect a competent and fair-playing set of managers; Add more benefits instead of cross-cutting them; Offer a competitive salary so that staff wont leave and treat the institution as a training ground.
