Too many red flags for a university with a well-known name. The good thingsStudents are good. Learning management system (canvas) is quite helpful.
The challengesThe management and system is not preferable. Very stiff, no flexibility, and lacks a structure. Offices do not talk amongst themselves. Attendance of teachers are required hourly, as if you are not entering your classes. Teachers and other staff are required to report onsite even though classes are suspended due to typhoon or volcanic activity, and even transport strikes. They only rely on "automated" systems which automatically deducts salary without enough proof/evidence. No chance of growing in this institution.
